Hearth, oblong oval-shaped bread, surface is stabbed. It‘s half-wheat scalded bread, which distinguishes its fluffy, light crumb, richer sweet-and-sour taste and scent of caraway.

Ingredients: flour - wheat and rye, water, sugar, iodized salt, caraway seeds, yeast, flour treatment agent ascorbic acid, thickener guar gum, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, preservative calcium propionate, food enzymes.
